The Perch project is a 59 unit mixed use building we completed on October of 2018 in Eagle Rock, Ca. It has a two level podium deck containing all of the parking for the apartments. Two retail spaces are located at the street level that will be built out in a future TI. There are three levels of wood framing on top of the podium decks that make up the 59 units. On the second podium deck there is a pool area and common space. The project was completed in 15 months.      

10,000 SF tenant improvement project in Irwindale, CA. Included partial demo of the previous building layout, all new underground plumbing and electrical. Layout included twelve dedicated offices, conference room, kitchen and lunch room, multi-occupant restroom and single use restrooms. Design features included a custom built front reception desk and dropped wood ceiling, and large structural steel front facade.

Ground up construction for magazine mogul Larry Flynt. A very complex exterior design was achieved with a special form liner forming a diamond shape to complete the 53′ tall tilt up panels. The building had five sides to mimic the shape of a crown. Very high end interior finishes to suit the desired high roller atmosphere.
